This early singles compilation was originally only released in Japan in 1984. The Puke N Vomit full-length builds on the '80s, Japanese-only version and compiles all the band's first four, self-released records: the "Complete Disorder" EP (1981), "Distortion To Deafness" 7" (1981), "Perdition" EP (1982), and the "Mental Disorder" EP (1983).
